Commercial Credit Management Team of the Year
Hearing that we have been shortlisted for the Commercial Credit Management Team of the Year was a huge reason to celebrate. Each team member contributes to aspects of process mapping, customer engagement insights, and defining our communication flow. Alongside our growth, we’ve managed to maintain first missed payment rates among customers, showing that our customer-first approach is working!
In our entry for this award, we were also able to talk about our leadership. The team, headed by Augustine Gyapong, Head of Credit Risk and Operations - winner of the 2022 Outstanding Leader in Risk award - was integral to the introduction of our new lending-specific CRM. mycashline’s founder and CEO, Dovi David, is a pioneering leader who was selected to be part of the Credit Strategy 2023 #Credit500 Hall of Fame. The index recognises the most influential people in the consumer and commercial credit industry. Dovi and the senior managers sit down together to set clear KPIs and objectives for their teams working together to set clear career goals, helping mycashline’s team to stay motivated with tailored career progression paths.
